Invoices

After live shopping, please pay your invoice within 60 minutes; otherwise, your order is cancelled, and you will no longer be invoiced. Moving forward, you can continue to shop from the website(s): adornwithcharyl.com or bit.ly/adornwithcharyl

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Transit time varies based on the shipping address. We are not responsible for an order once the courier indicates it has been delivered. Customers should provide a safe and secure shipping address to ensure the successful delivery of their orders.

There is no shipping on Sundays, so keep this in mind for Saturday orders. Shipping costs start at $4.90, and orders $100 or more will receive free shipping. 

Note: Even if you are local, items will be shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have twenty-four hours upon receipt of your order to send an image of the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement item or store credit (not a refund). You can contact  info@charylwilliams.com.

We want you to love your purchase and to receive your purchase in perfect condition.

If something occurs with your package during transit and you do not receive it, please contact the mail carrier. It is our hope that you always receive your package.

Returns
